There are 3 stages in the life of an Overcomer

There are 3 stages in the life of an Overcomer, the third stage causing them to enter into the walk of a mature Overcomer. All three stages can be related to in anyone’s experience if they desire the Lord alone in their lives and if they have learned to not lean upon the arm of flesh or anything of man’s systems.

****************************

The first stage is that of COMING to the Lord for salvation. This stage may have come about by certain pressures brought to bear upon the individual so that they learn both the calling and the need to surrender to God’s hand upon their lives. For the Overcomer, the life they have lived can often be related right back to their childhood where one or more experiences of their lives can be related to God’s drawing power. There are certain points in the childhood of the Overcomer that they can recall which shows them that God has had His hand upon them from the beginning of their lives. These memories are precious yet fraught with danger as the life so separated unto God is often attacked by the powers of darkness that abides upon mankind.

The drawing of the Overcomer to come to Christ for salvation is unique. It is not according to the systems of christendom or by what men call “salvation”. In the systems, man is brought to the Lord at some altar call or crusade only to be mortared into a brick structure of man’s system and distorted revelation. Although the Overcomer may have come through a denominational church for a time, they would not last long there, but would eventually come apart unto God to seek His Face alone. The person who is thus drawn this way will learn very quickly that they cannot lean upon parentage, or pastorships or any other such thing that comes from the help of man. They learn very early that God is their true source, that God is all they need and that in coming to God they have all the tools and promises of His spirit in them to carry them through their lives.

“But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,
To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:” Galatians 1:15, 16

I am quite curious about this site. I get where the lurker status comes from. Tonight, I felt a desire in me to share myself. This is me.

Why I Like Drugs

Most people that know me are aware that I have a pretty good first hand knowledge on this subject.

So decided to ask myself.

Why do I like drugs?

And this is MY answer.

I’d like to hear yours?

Don’t be shy.

Be honest.

MAYBE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR LIFE (I capitalized this not because the King James Bible said so but because it is important) I might do that once in a while if I feel lead. Please take the time to stop and meditate at this point in the Word of the Lord to me)

And it won’t cost you a thing. I call that a deal.

Lets see a show of hands (that’s shorthand for post. Might take a little guts but we all have them, at least as long as we are still alive) and get this shit out in the open.

I like them. They do something for me. They relieve pain. That’s the bottom line. I wouldn’t do them if they didn’t.

I am a realist. In that I have a basic knowledge of the benefits and dangers of drug use.

So I use drugs with moderation. I get involved in my own health so to speak. I listen to the medical community. I would be a fool if I didn’t. But I do not consider them God by any stretch of the imagination. I can read. And if I can’t then I have enough sense to get somebody to read to me. I think any fair God would expect at least that of me. And I do unto other’s, as I would have them do unto me.

And that is what this is all about my friends. It is called true love. And the bible says this is God.

I decided to start with Pot because that is my current favourite. Followed by cigarettes and very occasional alcohol. From there I will have to rely on my memory. You be the judge but remember you can’t judge.

That’s me.

Welcome to the family of God. At least my branch. He is the Vine and WE are His branches.

I have some things to say about that but you can check out the site whenever you like. Because the answer will be here.

Now can’t you just see God on the Internet. He is here you know. Don’t think He didn’t have this planned. Because He did.

And He wants to say Greetings From God.

And He is Speaking to The Daughter of Zion.

A Word of Angels

Angels are neither male or female. In some ways you could say they are both but then your would be thinking in devisive terms. Angels are like God. That’s what they are. But they are not the image of God. And yet they are. The corporate angel realm is a true and complete expression of God. And that is why they do not want to be like us. Those that did fell and the corporate realm resumed the image of God. That is why they are referred to as an unnumerable company of angels.

There are distinct fallen angels and they are the corporate expression of satan. He controls the host of demons.

re: drugs
whatever is not of faith, is sin

Eagle Wise, on June 16th, 2007 at 1:48 pm Said:

Well said nada. Thank you.

We all need help. For me it is the Shulamite. When I see her, I see the company of two armies.

Who is she ?

She is the one that looketh forth as the morning, fair as the moon, clear as the sun, and terrible as an army with banners?

On sin.

Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.

Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for His Seed remaineth in him: and He cannot sin, because He is born of God.

But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.

O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?

I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.

Do I die daily?

Only by the Grace of God through faith.
