In the passing church emphasis age, Christians often sought to serve God in the church out of a sense of duty. Their work may have seemed hard or costly but duty called and even demanded they give up what they wanted to do and pay the price to serve. Though it may hurt, the tithe of money and time was dutifully paid to the church system of their choice.
In portions of the charismatic church systems, it began to change from duty to serving for personal gain. (…)

Saints I was just sitting here pondering about the awesome goodness of God and His Son the LORD Jesus Christ, then out of nowhere came a massive wave of brokenness before Him; to say that I cried would greatly minimize what happened—I bawled. There is only ONE BOOK on this planet that is known by many as the Word of God. There have been proposed, a myriad of reasons for why the Bible is a FALSE BOOK. The ones who KNOW that the Bible is the Word of God, have seen the Book prove itself to them, many times. There is no way to transfer that experiential knowing to another person. Yet, logic has this to say, about the possibility that the Bible is the Word of God; if God is God, then He WOULD be ABLE to make the book say what He wanted. Please keep this supposition in mind as I use the book to explain to you, that you have a mind-construct attached to your body (flesh). (…)
