+ It is only to the degree that one abides in the presence and power of the Holy Spirit that they are able to "make good" on the words that have proceeded forth from their mouth. For words that are spoken APART from My "revealed" will, and the unction of My Spirit, have a tendency to fall prey to the "foibles" and the self-seeking of the flesh - and seek to "control" another for their own selfish purposes. Whereas, words spoken in perfect accordance with My will and in the power of My Spirit shall always come to pass.
