Hi Nada,

I've been out of pocket at a music festival, camping with friends old and new.
Will check it out.

Something has changed though, I don't know how to say it exactly, but waiting for the shoe to drop Its all been said, all over but the doing.

Have you felt charged up, like buzzing?  When its intense you feel like lying down but then can't be still.

Also the naps are really just going inside, but still awake for me. Now my wife is beginning to do it, too. And she's having very vivid dreams.

I have noticed that the energy surge lasts 2 or 3 days, then we seem to have about two weeks to consolidate and acclimatize, before the next iteration comes. Perhaps that frequency will increase, too.

So much to do, so little time.
